The SAMR model stands for The Substitution Augmentation Modification Redefinition Model. It offers a method of seeing how computer technology might impact teaching and learning. Also it talks about how the makers of these educational technology keeps up with the steady change in technology and learning. The SAMR model kind of favors a thinking map or bubble map.
LMS stands for Learning Management System. The only LMS environment I have ever came in contact with is BlackBoard. I think BlackBoard is a good idea, it keeps the teachers and students well connected. It also gives students complete access to their grades, syllabus, and other things such as that at all times.
